The staff were all polite and friendly. My concern is that I did not feel I had sufficient privacy when discussing my treatment. Very easy to overhear the patient in next alcove who was answering intimate questiond.Discussion with the Consultant felt rushed before and after procedure. Cutains only half drawn and directly onto a busy corridor. Staff desks lined up along the wall looked 2nd class and that the hospital was short of space or organisation.

Went to get lumps removed from my face. The process and staff were excellent however aftercare and aftermath not explained well as still left with large red marks rather than small lumps. If going for plastic surgery, ask what the results and length of recovery will be! And definitely decide the benefits Vs aftermath will be.

I used Cobalt hospital Privately a year ago for breast augmentation. I went with Dr Nicholas Williams who was absolutely fantastic from the very first consultation right through to my 3 month post op check up. He listened to what I was trying to achieve and gave advise on what would look best/natural and age well. After my consultation I got in for my surgery just 18 days later. To say I am thrilled with the outcome would be an understatement! All the staff i dealt with from nurses to anaesthetist were fantastic. They were very welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and my needs were met. Overall my experience with this hospital was a solid 10/10. I would recommend them to anyone and will certainly be using them again in the future!

I had a umbilical hernia on the 31st July all I can say is the staff were very professional and very friendly and helpful the anaesthetics staff were very good at putting me at ease so I wasn't scared or worried just big thank you to all staff 😀

Had 2 surgeries one in November and March for cubitol tunnel release and the service I received was faultless ! Great staff from going in to leaving ! When booked in the nurse can’t remember her name ! Elaine I think ( only been with cobalt for. Year I think was great) great friendly service ! Shared humour which is great to relax ! And thanks to Sasha for booking me out ! And dr Coapes for his professional help and the anithestis for all their help! Keep up the good work ! 👍thank you
